Pureflix NXNW Film Festival:
Within the advances in digital technology, exciting new doors have opened for inspired artists to convey His character and attributes to the world through a medium which has grown increasingly accessible. The purpose of the NXNW film festival is to allow Christian students to see themselves as leaders in this new paradigm and to be inspired to produce digital shorts which reflect the image of the invisible God to a needy and hurting world within a cultural context readily understood by all.
THE SUBSTITUTE
When a mysterious substitute teacher shows up to class, 22 students are thrust into a harrowing fight for survival in the middle of nowhere. As their situation becomes increasingly more grave, they gain a new perspective on what they depend on in life.
